Drawing on several years as a senior engineer and product manager, Cam is excited to build a new method of data sharing that is private by default, user controlled and supported by platforms that facilitate more trust between individuals and businesses seeking to connect with their stakeholders in new ways.

From content algorithms to targeted advertisements, collected user data fuels everything. The current norm is to keep that data in a black box. We believe transparency should be the standard for user data. This belief extends to our business practices and community as well.
Empowerment
The modern internet is built on user data. But, user data is increasingly not in the user's control. While we recognize data is the price of keeping many tools and platforms free, in our view, it should not mean user data is at the complete mercy of however collects it. With the right content and technology we believe it is possible to create a more consensual user driven internet.
